Terms & Conditions:
By executing this sponsorship agreement on behalf of your organization, your organization acknowledges and agrees that you have authorization to commit your organization, and your organization hereby promises, to sponsor the 3 Rivers Venture Fair Bootcamp on August 13, 2009 at the level indicated above, in return for the benefits which are enumerated above. You acknowledge by signing below that the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association ("PVCA") is relying upon your promise to fund a sponsorship and, in consideration of that reliance, is incurring substantial expenses to organize and put on the Bootcamp. The PVCA will forward an invoice to your firm at the address stated and payment will be due on a date which is the earlier of 60 days from the date of invoice or ten days prior to the commencement of the Bootcamp (unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon in writing). Failure to pay within the time specified for payment will result in your firm being removed as a sponsor of the Bootcamp and an inability of members of your firm to participate, in the discretion of the PVCA.

By submitting this sponsorship agreement, you also authorize the PVCA to include your organization’s name/and or logo in a form supplied by you or someone else at your firm in promotional materials related to the Bootcamp and prepared by the PVCA, online and in print, and to add to the Fair’s website a link to your firm’s website as further specified under the participating sponsor benefits set forth above.
