Ticket-splitting will not be permitted -- The ticket is not transferable to another person if the original registrant attends any part of the event.

3RVF registration implies consent that any pictures or video taken during the event can be used for promotional purposes. The 3RVF/PVCA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

Cancellations received via email or phone at least 10 working days from the first day of the event will be granted a refund, less $75 administration fee. Cancellations received after March 27th are not eligible for a refund. However, registrations can be transferred without penalty to another representative from the same company, with advanced notification to Fair organizers. Furthermore, registration transfers can only be used by the designated person the ticket is transferred.
